Future Cloud Technology Solutions EST ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Future Cloud Tech, explains how we handle personal data on this website and when we deliver IT, cloud, and related professional services.
Last updated: 14 August 2026.
Who we are
The data controller for this website is Future Cloud Technology Solutions EST, with registered office at Office 1710, Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at info@futurecloudtech.ae or sales@futurecloudtech.ae.
We operate across the United Arab Emirates, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe through our group and regional technology businesses. Where a local affiliate delivers services, that entity may process data as a controller or processor under the relevant contract.
Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Identity and contact details: name, company, job title, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, and country.
- Enquiry details: the services you are interested in, number of users, project context, and any message you send via our forms, email, or chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP, typically via hosting, CDN, and analytics tools.
- Client delivery data: user identities, tenant configuration, and support tickets needed to provide Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud, or managed IT services, as described in our statements of work.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to consultation requests, quotes, and support enquiries.
- Deliver contracted services, including licensing, migration, security, and managed IT.
- Operate, secure, and improve this website, including diagnosing faults and measuring which pages are useful.
- Meet legal, tax, audit, and professional obligations in the UAE and other markets where we operate.
Legal bases
Where UAE data protection law, GDPR, or similar regimes apply, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (for enquiries and client work); legitimate interests (operating a B2B website, securing systems, and following up on genuine business enquiries); legal obligation (invoicing and statutory records); and consent where we use optional cookies or you opt in to a mailing list.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site is hosted on a content delivery network that may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. If we enable analytics or advertising cookies, we will present a choice where required and only set non-essential cookies with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing and international transfers
We share data with service providers who host this website, process email, provide CRM or ticketing tools, and with Google, Microsoft, and other vendors when you ask us to procure or administer their products. Those providers process data under their own terms and data processing agreements.
Because we serve clients across EMEA, personal data may be accessed from the UAE, other Middle East locations, Africa, or Europe. We take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer, including using established vendor terms for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a contract, dispute, or legal obligation. Client records follow the retention terms in the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit on this website, and least-privilege administration on systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk rather than claim it can be eliminated.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@futurecloudtech.ae with sufficient detail for us to locate your records. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or another supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Children
This website is intended for business contacts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this site.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. The current version is always published at this URL.
