Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this website and, together with a signed proposal or statement of work, the professional services supplied by Future Cloud Technology Solutions EST ("we", "us"), trading as Future Cloud Tech.

Last updated: 14 August 2026.

About us

Future Cloud Technology Solutions EST is established in the United Arab Emirates, with office at Office 1710, Opal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: sales@futurecloudtech.ae (sales) and info@futurecloudtech.ae (general). Services may be delivered with affiliated group companies in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe where the order says so.

This website

Content on this site is for general information about our capabilities. It is not a binding offer, tender response, or legal, security, or compliance advice. Descriptions of Google, Microsoft, and other third-party products are summaries; those vendors' terms apply to their software and cloud services.

You must not misuse the site (including scraping, introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, or impersonating Future Cloud Tech). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a consultation form or email is a request for information, not a contract. Quotes are valid for the period stated (or 30 days if none is stated) and assume the scope, user counts, and environment details you provide are accurate. Licensing prices from Google, Microsoft, and other publishers can change; we will confirm current pricing before order.

Professional services

Migrations, deployments, security work, AI enablement, and managed IT are performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with a competent EMEA technology partner. Timelines depend on your availability, DNS and identity access, third-party platforms, and change windows you approve.

We plan cutovers to minimise disruption and data risk. We do not guarantee zero downtime, zero data loss, or uninterrupted availability of third-party clouds. You remain responsible for backups you control, internal approvals, and user communication unless the statement of work assigns those tasks to us.

Licenses and third-party products

When we resell or administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, security software, or cloud infrastructure, you (or your organisation) accept the publisher's customer agreement. We are not those publishers. Support escalation to Google or Microsoft follows partner programme rules and is not a substitute for their own SLAs.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency, and taxes are set out in the order. Invoices are payable as stated (typically 14 or 30 days). Late payment may suspend non-critical work after notice. Hardware and license orders may require prepayment. Unless agreed otherwise, travel and third-party costs are additional.

Confidentiality and data

Each party must keep the other's non-public business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to subcontractors bound by equivalent duties. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for client work, in the relevant data processing terms.

Intellectual property

We retain IP in our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools. You retain IP in your data and materials. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for you under the order, for your internal business purposes.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost savings, or loss of data except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct, and our aggregate liability for a claim relating to this website is limited to AED 5,000. For paid services, liability is limited as stated in the signed contract or, if silent, to the fees paid for the affected services in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Client contracts may specify a different governing law.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
